We started our spring break in the White Mountains in Pinetop for some fun in the snow. Check out these icicles. They are about 5 feet long.

We went to a cinder bowl Bryce and Dan had enjoyed on one of the youth trips from the ward. When it is covered with snow, it is a perfect sledding spot. Here are Dan, Bryce & Adam getting ready to sled.

It was a nice spring day. A little breezy. Still pretty chilly. The snow was icy which made for a fast ride.

Bryce and Adam headed up the hill for a run.

Adam all decked out in snow gear. Morgan & Lindsay - do you recognize those pants? Shhh... Don't tell Adam you wore them at one time.

Michelle watching the fun from the safety (and warmth) of the truck, and taking pictures to record the day. Check out the mud bog behind the truck. Even with 4-wheel drive it was a wild ride in and out.

Then on Wednesday we were back in Gilbert. We've had the solar heater running on the pool with the solar blanket. You can see the water was warm enough to be inviting. Bryce, Adam and Conner played a little basketball in the water.
Only in Arizona can you play in the snow and swim for spring break.
Bryce ended up the week going to the Territorial Rendezvous at the R-C Scout camp near Payson. It was very cold, but he had a great time. Dan joined him on Friday night and Saturday morning. If we can figure out how to get Dan's pictures off his phone we will post some pictures.
Hope you had a good spring break too.
