For the last several years the youth in our ward have gone to Pinetop for a snow outing in January/February. Several ward members have cabins fairly close together, and they borrow a few, have pizza and a fireside on Friday night, and a great day in the snow on Saturday.
That's where Dan first got the idea of getting a cabin in Pinetop. So it only seems appropriate that our cabin was one of the three they used this year since that is what started us down the road to buying a cabin in the White Mountains.
We have no pictures of the kids, the fireside or the tubing the next day. But Dan took these shots while we were waiting for everyone to arrive. You can see there was enough snow for some fun time in the snow. Just imagine us all inside sitting around the fire and a pool tournament going on upstairs.....
