To commemorate the start of the Boys Scouts of America, the Cub Scouts hold a Blue & Gold banquet (the Cub Scout colors) each year in February. This year the theme was "The ABC's of the States". Adam's den studied about the state flags, made flags and decorated invitations. We had a yummy taco salad dinner. Our food assignment was guacamole for 80. We did pretty well at estimating how much guacamole 80 people could consume.
Adam is really enjoying scouts - who wouldn't - they learn so many different things and do fun things each week at den meetings. Go Adam!
